P.N.S.Bhasker Rao, B.Com,F.C.A, CAIIB, qualified in the chartered Accountants exam in the year 1971 and audit manager in the firm has rich experience in providing advice on mergers &acquisitions, financial Modeling for power projects, co-ordinating for public issues, Secretarial and company law matters and other management services.
Other experience include banking services for over two decades in various capacities mainly handling credit department, foreign exchange matters, portfolio management etc.

P.Prashanth B.Com,F.C.A, DISA, & IBBI Registered valuer qualified in the chartered accountants exam in the year 2001 and Information Systems Audit course in the year 2002 with experience in international taxation ,information systems audits, internal audits, domestic tax advise, statutory audits, representations before income tax authorities, FEMA matters, corporate law advice and concurrent and stock audits of banks.

Deepak Nagori, B.Com, FCA, qualified in the year 1998. A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with wide experience in the spheres of Financial Reporting, Financial Management, Accounting and Taxation. Having hands-on experience in Investment Analysis, Business Valuation, Mergers, MIS, Fund Raising and Profit Monitoring. Also experienced in accounting offshoring works for US companies.

Doni Raju, ACA is handling various audit assignments and has been associated with stock &concurrent audits of a private sector bank for more than 3 years.
